Denver is not the place you commonly find great soul food. We are a steak town, a taco town, a predominantly white bread kinda town. But Cora Faye's on North, Colorado Boulevard is a nice little joint that captures the magic of the south with proper soul food and kitsch. Unfortunately, when dicks like Guy Fieri find out about them they tend to get run over with hipsters and foodies. Not at Cora Faye's. Not yet at least. Drop in at lunch for a daily special, sit back and enjoy your Kool-Aid.
