Burgers have all of the sudden become complicated. Gouda not American. Pumpernickel not White. Turkey not Cow. Not so at the Candle Light Tavern in Denver. At lunch time $3.50 gets you a proper cheeseburger, chips and the trims (pickle, onion & jalapeño.) I ate it so fast, I forgot the picture.
The sign itself is so cool it's worth a trip.
The bar is simple and the gal behind it pours a strong one.
