I had a call from a old friend in Wilmington, DE yesterday. He introduced me years ago to a little sandwich joint called Capriotti's that I had nearly forgot about until he rang. In my book this place whips up the best turkey sandwich of all time. The Bobbie, picked turkey, cranberry, stuffing and mayo and a roll like no other. This is the ultimate holiday sandwich and I'm drooling just thinkin' bout it. Might be time to bring one of these franchises out west.
