Located in a non-descript part of town, tucked away in a non-descript industrial building is one of the Mile High cities best kept secrets when it comes to Salumi and all things cured. Friday each week at 2:30pm the boys at IL MONDO VECCHIO * SALUMI * open the doors to the public to sample what select few chefs purchase daily for their restaurants referred to as The Friday Salumi Loading Dock. Mark DeNittis and his buddies Adam DeSacco Sacks and Gennaro DeSantis (with names like that its gotta be authentic) run a tight ship that includes daily supervision by a local USDA chap.
