The promoter of the Plaza Mexico, Rafael Herrerias has announced the bullfighters that will be performing during the 65th Bullfight Season. The opener for the 2010-2011 Bullfight Season will be on November 7th 2010 with the return of Eulalio Lopez "Zotoluco", along with Enrique Ponce, and Octavio Garcia "El Payo" with bulls from San Jose. Herrerías produced a list of Mexican bullfighters that will be taking part in the season, they are: Manolo Mejía, Eulalio López "Zotoluco", Rafael Ortega, Humberto Flores, José María Luévano, Fernando Ochoa, José Luís Angelino, Alberto Huerta, Miguel Ortas Miguelete, Guillermo Martínez, Omar Villaseñor, Arturo Macías, Aldo Orozco, Fermín Rivera, José Mauricio, Juan Chávez, Pepe López, Antonio García "El Chihuahua", Octavio García "El Payo", Mario Aguilar, Hilda Tenorio and Arturo Saldívar. The list of Spanish Bullfighters that will be taking part in the worlds largest bullring are: Enrique Ponce, El Juli, Pablo Hermoso de Mendoza, Juan Bautista, José María Manzanares, Pedro Gutiérrez "El Capea", David Fandila "El Fandi, Ruiz Manuel, Francisco Marco, the debut in México of the rejoneador Diego Ventura and the Frenchman Sebastián Castella. And last but not least, the list of bull ranches contracted are: Malpaso, La Punta, Rancho Seco, Xajay, Jesús Cabrera, San Marcos, Garfias, Real de Saltillo, Los Ébanos, Carranco, Julio Delgado, los Encinos, San José, Barralva, San Isidro, Campo Real, Julián Hamdan, Ordaz and Villa Carmela.
