When bird season kicks in I make the switch to brown sauce. One of my new, old faves is the classic Old Fashion. My new trick is pairing a splash of Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters with a tasty Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon. Warms me up just typin'.
