Cinco de Lamb-O'

Having grown up in a Greek family (one that was involved in the Sheep business) I know my way around a spring lamb. My Yia-Yia always had a few swinging in the cellar this time of year. So when my bro Sean Yontz at El Diablo, Denver asked me to come over to help prep two beauties for the Cinco de Mayo party I gladly accepted.
