When Seattle Weekly ran a cover story last week about an eccentric locavorist named Lou Kohl that runs an operation called Dirt Farm, I thought I found a real gem of the industry. It was all too good to be true. My favorite part...he majored in hunting at university, loves Chris Cross and makes his own cocaine.
